Smart choice for a couple of nights in Fernandina Beach with great value for the money. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a trendy boutique fairly clean hotel providing huge rooms. All of the venue's staff are courteous. The breakfast is hot, includes lots of meals. The location is marvellous, it's in Amelia Island district so close to the beach and a large park.

There is mold in some places.

The hotel had amazing and fantastic location not far from several restaurants with in walking distance and historic Amelia Island shops and delicious fare at local restaurants. Everything was great during my fourth visit here. the location is fantastic—really beautiful and within walking distance to a river and a park. My queen room was practical and comfortable, with a nice queen bed. 😊.

The receptionist was very friendly. Asked if she had a room facing ocean and she changed our room. Would definitely stay here again.

the room was well decorated with mini fridge, a queen bed, for instance, the check-in was easy. the location was excellent and stunning and the private parking was on site.

My room here was cozy and had a lovely beachfront chic decor along with a kitchen sink. It made for a comfortable stay. 🌊.

Location on beach with a restaurant and beach bar next door was excellent. Everyone on staff was so friendly. Planning on returning in July and August. Rooms are rather small but you don't spend much time there when you are at the beach. The pool is small but serves its purpose to take a quick dip to cool off.

Need to update website. There is no more roof top happy hours.

Good location and priced right.

Their advertising doesn't make it clear that you can walk out the back door and be on the beach in about a 20 yard walk. It's a far superior location to some down the street where you have to cross the street to get to the beach. We just picked it by good luck!

Seaside Amelia Inn is a charming and modern hotel located in a beautiful setting close to different restaurants. Guests can enjoy fantastic views of the ocean, as well as easy access to nearby shops and eateries. It's a perfect spot for an overnight stay before heading to Jacksonville for a concert at TIAA Bank Field.

The best thing for me was the geographical location...literally steps from the ocean.

The rooms are the smallest in which I have ever stayed and I travel 80% of the month for business. However, it was an excellent location and the price was great through Booked.net. Additionally, the pool and the surrounding concrete was so tiny, that even a lounge chair cannot be put beside it. They have a couple of lounge chairs on a level below the pool. Don't expect to go there to enjoy the pool or for your children to really play in it. The parents would either have to be in the pool or sit a level below where you cannot supervise your children.
